Windaan is committed to building genuine partnerships with organisations already operating within communities and developing complementary services. We recognise the existing strengths of organisations and look for ways to work together to ensure Aboriginal children and families have access to streamlined culturally safe pathways into disability services, and human services more broadly.
Who do we currently work with?
We currently have active service partnerships with a number of external organisations located within communities throughout Australia. These include:
- Galambila Aboriginal Health Service: NDIS allied health services and primary health services for the communities of the Coffs Harbour and Nambucca Valley regions of NSW.
- Ngallu Wal Aboriginal Child and Family Centre: Allied health and NDIS Support Coordination services to support the Aboriginal community of Western Sydney.
- Werin Aboriginal Corporation Medical Centre: Allied health and NDIS Support Coordination services to support the Aboriginal community of Port Macquarie region of NSW.
