CARE Project
Windaan is proud to be delivering the CARE Project.
The CARE Project is here for you—whether you have a disability, support someone who does, or work as a service provider in the industry. Everyone is welcome, including those not eligible for the NDIS. Our programs are tailored to meet the needs of culturally diverse communities, with a focus on First Nations peoples.
OUR GOAL IS TO HELP YOU:
- Create cultural connections
- Advocate for your rights with confidence.
- Build relationships and connect with peers.
- Navigate disability, health, and community services.
- Gain independence and contribute to your community.

E-LEARNING MODULES
Our self-paced e-learning modules let you choose what’s most relevant to you. These modules provide practical tools to help you build confidence, connect with others, and access the support you need.

WORKSHOPS
Our in-person workshops are open to everyone and focus on building practical skills, such as self-advocacy and speaking confidently for yourself and your needs.

SUPPORT GROUPS
Our support groups provide a safe space to connect, share experiences, and build relationships. They help you advocate for your needs, navigate services, and strengthen your confidence.
